Myofascial Release

We’ll find tender areas where muscles and connective tissue are producing pain and restricted movement and gently release it. read more»

Physical Therapy

A conservative approach to managing pain and dysfunction through the use of massage, manual therapy techniques, modalities, stretching & strengthening, posture & balance training and supervised exercise. Our approach has many influences including yoga, nutrition, pilates and tai-chi as well as traditional physical therapy. We treat most musculoskeletal conditions including post-surgical rehabilitation, recovery from injuries, sprain/strains, neck/lower back/spinal pain relief programs. Our therapist has years of experience in both pediatric & elder care plans as well.
